New Birmingham hospital opens to provide essential rehabilitation support for patients

Opening September 2020, Circle Rehabilitation hospital will be the specialist rehabilitation centre for patients in the West Midlands. The hospital will look after the recovery needs for those in Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stoke, Shrewsbury, Worcester and beyond.

Digital therapy for poor sleep improves wellbeing and could save NHS millions

People accessing an online sleep improvement programme provided free in the Thames Valley through the Oxford AHSN slept longer, spent less on sleeping pills, had fewer sick days and better mental health, according to a new study based on feedback from more than 7,000 people. Wider spread could save the NHS millions of pounds.
