SPACE Programme Highlighted in Latest Edition of Care Home Management

The latest edition of Care Home Management magazine has showcased the success of the implementation of the Safer Provision and Caring Excellence (SPACE) quality improvement (QI) project, development by the WMAHSN in partnership with the University of Birmingham, CLAHRC and the West Midlands Patient Safety Collaborative.

Described as a ‘lightbulb’ moment, the article focuses on the results of implementation at Richmond Hall care home during the two-year QI project rolled out into local care homes in Walsall and Wolverhampton.

The WMAHSN will be hosting a one day free-to-attend conference on 26th June, offering an overview of SPACE, showcasing how implementing the safer provision and caring excellence programme has had real-world impact in local care homes.
