The partnership has been formed in response to the significant increase in the number of UK organisations providing health and wellness programs for their employees. Qualifying Cohort customers will receive access to Kaido’s digital wellness solution free of charge in the first year and at a discounted rate thereafter.
Kaido’s wellbeing solution uses a mix of personalised user content and health and wellness challenges to encourage employees to track their physical activity, nutrition, sleep and mindfulness in order to evaluate current lifestyles and encourage healthier habits.
The exclusive partnership with Kaido will enable Cohort customers to quickly and easily implement and evaluate effective wellness programmes directly from Cohort’s new self-service OH portal, MyCohort.
Simon Brooks, MD at Cohort Software said,
‘Increasingly, Occupational Health teams are being tasked with rolling out wellness programs for their employees but often don’t know how to go about this or lack the resource to do it themselves. Qualifying Cohort customers will be able to access Kaido’s proven, digital wellness solution directly from within our software, providing them with all the necessary content and a secure means of deployment’.
Richard Westman, CEO at Kaido said,
‘The health and wellbeing of employees is an increasingly important strategic objective for employers, not just in terms of productivity but also in the attraction and retention of talent. This partnership with Cohort Software is a significant step forwards for Kaido in helping us to realise our ambition of supporting businesses of all sizes to make health and wellbeing part of their culture. We are excited to begin working with Cohort’s distinguished client base over coming months.
