The Health Foundation, an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and healthcare for people in the UK, has £1.5 million available for up to 20 teams to test and develop innovative ideas to improve healthcare delivery in the UK.
As part of their Innovating for Improvement programme, they are looking for projects that aim to improve healthcare delivery and/or the way people manage their own healthcare. In this round of the programme, they are particularly interested in applications for innovative projects either led by, or working in close collaboration with, primary care.
Each team will receive up to £75,000 of funding, over 15 months, to support the implementation and evaluation of their healthcare innovation project. For more details and to apply, go to the Health Foundation website.
The deadline for applications is 4pm on Friday 3 June. Due to the popularity of this programme, this may close ahead of this deadline date if the programme is oversubscribed.
