Using film and people's experiences to co-design services

On the afternoon of 30 August, NHS England is running a free half-day seminar to showcase a new set of films called ‘trigger films’, designed for use as part of experience based co-design (EBCD) projects. EBCD is a service improvement methodology which draws on experiences of receiving or providing the service, where improvements are identified and changes are co-designed and implemented together.
