Venturefest West Midlands – a new event and exhibition giving entrepreneurs and innovators the opportunity to meet, engage and discuss products with a national audience of investors – launches for the first time in the region this summer.

A new round of Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) competitions have been launched by the SBRI Healthcare programme team. This competition round will focus on the overarching theme of ‘Older People with Multiple Morbidities’, and this briefing session in Birmingham will outline the clinical challenges in each of the competition themes, the key requirements of each call and how the SBRI process works, the application process and important deadlines.
