West Midlands Virtual Ward/ Pulse Oximetry response to COVID-19 webinar

This jointly hosted webinar, in collaboration with NHS England & Improvement, will look to provide participants with an opportunity to:

  • Understand the national updates in relation to COVID-19 assessment, monitoring and use of virtual wards
  • Gain valuable learning insights from an existing pilot of the virtual ward
  • Understand the expectations in regards to monitoring and evaluation of virtual ward pilots
  • Explore localised collaboration to establish virtual ward pilots

  • Experience of a GP COVID assessment & virtual ward pilot site
  • Discussion- do we want to do this? Enablers / barriers? Strategies?

Accessing the webinar

Registrants will receive a link to access the session 1 week and again 1 hour before the session begins. Along with the link to attend, you will also get the following information:

  • Instructions on how to access Webex ahead of the session (you must download the latest version of Webex)
  • Guide on how to use the basic Webex functions
