The Namaste Care Intervention UK research project practitioner consultation event

8 June 2017 Room CHG011, Charles Hastings Building, Castle Street, City Campus, University of Worcester, Worcester WR1 3AS

This is an opportunity to for you to hear about the progress of the University of Worcester's research project and give your advice and feedback on plans for the Namaste Care Intervention. This intervention will be what is ‘prescribed’ to the care homes who take part as case studies in the project and the University will then look at the impact it has on the residents, staff and care homes who take part.

Your input is welcomed at this stage to know how to make it work best and to learn from your experiences. Whether you are a care home manager, member of care staff or trainer, if you have experienced Namaste Care itself or experienced the challenges of making change happen in care homes, the University would like you to come along. They also want to invite interested care home visitor and family members to the event, so please forward this to anyone you think may be interested.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided and reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Please note that this is not a Namaste training event; by attending this event you may meet others who are delivering Namaste Care and hear about the progress of the research project, but you will not receive training in delivering Namaste Care.
