E-Health Week

Now is a time like no other in health IT, with key areas like the NHS Digital Academy, Global Digital Exemplars, digital maturity programmes and the professionalisation of CIOs and CCIOs high up in the national health agenda. Through keynote addresses, panel discussions and expert-led workshops, the UK e-Health Week programme will focus on these latest developments, scrutinising the opportunities and challenges they will bring to the health system.

The main stage is where attendees will hear from system leaders, industry representatives, patients and NHS colleagues who are making a difference to healthcare through IT and data.

Delegates will also attend their pick of expert-led and interactive sessions in five lecture theatres. BCS Health will host two theatres across both days, covering everything from safety in electronic prescribing and learning health systems to clinical leadership and citizen empowerment in health IT.

NHS England, NHS Digital, HealthTech Women, NHS England's Genomics team, Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, Digital Health.London, nursing informatics, Test Beds and STP leads will also host 45 – 90 minutes sessions across the two days.
