The Centre for Technology Enabled Health Research (CTEHR) are delighted to welcome Professor Falko Sniehotta, Professor in Behaviour Medicine and Health Psychology at Newcastle University, to present as part of their 2016 CTEHR external seminar series.

Falko is an innovative thinker in health psychology and behaviour change research. He will be sharing his thoughts on the priorities for behaviour change research and intervention development – where are we now, where are we going and what are the implications for applied research in public health and healthcare.

His research programme aims at developing and testing interventions to change behaviours relevant to health and health care, theory of behaviour change and research methods for behavioural research. He is passionate about contributing to the development of an evidence-based science of behaviour change. Much of his empirical work is conducted in interdisciplinary collaboration with a particular focus on capacity development and training.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. To register for this free event, which runs from 1 - 2pm, please email CTEHR Centre Administrator Helen Smith
