The Health Services Research UK (HSRUK) Symposium presents the leading edge of health services research in a multidisciplinary programme that includes research presentations and posters, plenaries from research and service leaders, and commissioned themes. Delegates attend from a range of organisations: NHS and social care bodies, patient and citizen groups, universities and research institutes, industry and commercial knowledge consultancy, central and local government and the third sector.
HSRUK represents and connects everyone interested in health service innovation, evidence and improvement. It is the collective voice for health services research in policy and practice. It brings together those who produce and use evidence to improve services. The network is hosted by Universities UK and governed by a board drawn from service leaders, funders, HSR and implementation academics, and others.
