Atrial Fibrillation and Stroke Prevention in the West Midlands: Learning Together From Setbacks and Success

This free afternoon workshop will bring together colleagues across the region to:
- Discuss atrial fibrillation (AF) and stroke prevention in the West Midlands
- Review the latest QOF and SSNAP data
- Share learning from initiatives around the region
- Review some of the resources that are available to support work in this area.
A range of information stands hosted by charities and patient organisations, pharmaceutical companies, universities, industry and NHS bodies will also be available.
Who should attend?
Anyone in the West Midlands with an interest in improving the detection and management of AF, including CCG commissioners and clinical leads, medicines management leads, pharmacists, GPs, patient organisations and representatives, stroke physicians and nurses, cardiologists and haematologists.
