This free workshop for West Midlands clinicians, commissioners and providers gives access to new Royal College of General Practitioners and Royal College of Nursing-endorsed modular workshop training materials, including interactive workbook with case scenarios plus slide sets for six topic presentations, available for local use.

This is a hands-on motivational interviewing workshop, covering behaviour change theory techniques as well as access to e-learning sessions, training resources and an interactive workbook from the RCGP. These techniques can be used for addressing challenging         conditions such as obesity management, improving physical activity and smoking cessation. The workshop will be delivered by Dr Rachel Pryke MBBS MRCGP FRCP, NICE Fellow.
