Patient First is the UK’s largest patient safety conference and exhibition supporting those looking for solutions to prevent harm and improve care. WMAHSN is delighted to announce that, as partners, we have been given an allocation of education grant passes for members to attend, without cost.
This event will give you the opportunity to listen to, and learn from, best practice in patient safety to help support the multiple pressures you face on a day to day basis with relevant and practical advice. The programme also includes a presentation from Ronke Akerele, who leads the Patient Safety Collaborative for Imperial College Health Partners, on Friday 13 November at 9.15am on ‘Foundation of the Safety Leadership Programme’.
Six streams of content will provide practical examples of how organisations are addressing challenges in medicines safety, including: infection prevention and control; clinical focused best practice; culture, leadership and engagement; measurement, data and technology, and integration and commissioning.
Through a combination of conference content, exhibition floor sessions and the contribution of sponsors and exhibitors, delegates will be able to come away from Patient First with practical learning and new insight to reduce harm and improve care. You can the full programme here.
To register, visit www.patientfirstuk.com and use our Voucher Code EC-AH-001 to waive the £399 fee. Please note, there is a £99 non-attendance fee, so if you register make sure you either attend on at least one of the days or transfer the place to someone else to avoid this.
